New light fixture problem

I recently bought a AquaticLife 61" T5HO X18 Hybrid NON-Dimmable Fixture (4 T5HO lights.. 2 in front, 2 in back) I got it installed today along with my existing LEDs. 2 Hydra 32HDs and 1 Hydra 26. It all mounted nicely together and is now installed. My AI app is running my LEDs. The T5 fixture is plugged into my Neptune.

The 2 inner T5 bulbs won’t turn on...??? Any ideas?

Assuming you've swapped bulbs to be sure you don't have 2 bad ones? I'd check for loose wires next and then maybe use a volt meter at the ballast(s) to be sure they're receiving and supplying power.

If I remember right it has 2 plugs, one does outer bulb and on does inner. I hate to ask a stupid question but you are sure apex has both outlets on? May have to check that ballast for the inners

They are all 4 brand new bulbs... the plugins for the bulbs are marked Inner and Outer. There are 2 power cords on the light T5 fixture. One runs the fron and one runs the back. It seems odd that both “Inner“ lights are not coming on.

OMG! I love a simple fix even when it makes me look stupid. It was turned off!

can you swap ballasts to check?? poss just take out bulbs and reinstall poss missed a pin??
