new light to strong

I've got a 120L tank, 60cm x 45cm x 45cm. I've just got a Hydra 26 light.

I've got softies and a couple of LPS and a small bit of SPS in the tank.

Before I put it on.

Will the light to too strong initially, should I tone it down a bit, leave on for shorter times initially ??

In most cases it is suggested to slowly ramp up to your desired intensity over the course of time.

safest bet is to gradually increase your intensity over the course of a few days...
