Still working on that. Been about 2 years and they haven't hosted anything but the corner of my tank. Tried playing YouTube video on a loop from an iPad. No luck yet.

I went through this with my carpet nem. It took a couple months then suddenly one random day all my clowns were fighting over it. I tried EVERYTHING. The only thing which seemed to maybe possibly have any effect was to put a spotlight on the nem at night when rest of tank is dark... they'll gravitate into the light thereby spending more time near your nem. Hope that helps but be patient!

Maybe try feeding the fish from the nem? Or feed the nem and the fish come eat the food? Other than that...time.

Same as above, I have 2 small black clowns. Put in a large rbta, wouldnt host it; then put in a large carpet and they didnt like that either. I walked by the tank one day and one was playing in it randomly, after a couple of days the other one came in as well and now they are in and out all day. Eventually they will find it and realize they like it.

I agree. I've had some that immediately went into bta's and then I had some that point blank refused to go in for months then one day decided that they finally liked it.
