What kind of flow do you have yours in? I have had mine for like a week and I think maybe the other day I saw the tips of sweepers. I wonder if they get enough light, do they not bother? It's super healthy and all that otherwise.Looked hungry this morning so I fed him some mysis
Mine's in a very similar amount of flow too. It sits in between two islands with some Euphyllia that are doing great. I think the flow requirements between the two is close to the same. It just may need more time in my tank. I'm going to leave it where it is and just wait I guess. It's on the bottom in the center of the tank in between two islands. I think I'll wait a week and move it off the bottom next. We'll see.It is under a MP40 running about 40-50% power. In this spot there is undertow where water travels to the right then hooks up towards the mp40
Here is a father back pic, showing mp40 on the glass above him
Yeah, mine looks great. I've just never seen the sweepers yet. It may just be a case of having to turn off the pumps and spot feed to get that response. I dont know.I’m monitoring mine closely as I do with any new coral. So far seems happy
For me it wasn’t late night, but instead early morning before lights came on. Tank was dimly lit by daylight coming in a window, but my tank lights were not on yet. Check around sunrise lolYeah, mine looks great. I've just never seen the sweepers yet. It may just be a case of having to turn off the pumps and spot feed to get that response. I dont know.
