Plan on having a Tank built 60"x28"x24" with an internal overflow box. Where should I have the overflow, centered on back wall or have two boxes one in each corner or just one box in one corner? The tank will be against the wall with no access to the back and only limited access to each side, like around 7". Just enough access on the sides to clean glass. Also what size holes would I need for bulkheads? I was thinking inch and a half for the drain, emergency drain, and return. I've never had to plumb a tank before, all my previous tanks ( Cade Lights, Red Sea) came with the plumbing. So I'm not quit sure how to do it and make it silent.

I was kind of thinking the same thing. I was looking at the Waterbox Infinia 215 and how the overflow box is set up. It's centered on the back with (2) inch an quarter main drains, (1) inch an quarter emergency drain, and (1) inch an quarter return. So I might try and emulate that setup.
