Welcome to Reef2Reef!!! Do you have any rock to host the bacteria? If not then rock would be the place to start. I typically don't add a clean up crew (CUC) until there is something in there for them to eat.

Also, have you added any liquid ammonia from Dr. Tim's to see how the tank reacts and is able to process the ammonia over a day or two?
