Hey everyone!!! :wink:
I found I was always going to this site for info so what's a better time to become a member than now!!!!
I've always had a fish tank as far as I can remember but it wasn't until 3 years ago that I got into the hobby full blown. Started with a simple 10 gallon, then 2 of them. Then a 36 gallon and shortly afterwords added a 75 gallon.. ALL IN AN APARTMENT!!! lol
I started my first saltwater tank 40 weeks ago and I've been having a blast learning so much new every day!!!!
I've got a 36 gallon marineland tank, 2 koralia powerheads running in the tank, i believe a 1150 gph and 600 (dont quote me on those though! lol). Hydor slim skim protein skimmer.
I actually have not a clue about the lights running in the tank as they were purchased by my ex and have no markings on them. I fully plan on upgrading the entire lighting system next month which will be nice. (thanks to the thread on here that showed different light combos, I even know what 4 bulbs i'm gunna run! woot!!)
I've got a diy refugium as well.
So far the stock:
1 black, 1 orange ocellarous clown fish
1 banded coral shrimp
1 silly star fish that I'm yet to fully identify (shucked my snails outta the shell so no more snails lol)
2 blue legged hermit crabs
2 torch corals
1 acropora
1 red montipora
1 blue sponge
1 trumpet coral
1 candycane coral
3 different zoanthids
some red mushrooms
some purple/blue mushrooms
annnd some kenya tree's that have decided to come back from the dead! :D
Pretty sure that's everything. I don't want to post a photo until I get my nice new lighting system tho! hahaha way too excited and so close to getting it!!
