Have a Tideline 62G & so far its been great. Only 2 months in with a variety of coral. Some acans, wellso, garden of hammers, leathers, duncans & candy canes. I had torches but could not keep them happy and all perished to brown jelly. Dont know if it was my lighting or parameters. Any advice would be much appreciated.

Likely flow. It can survive on lower light but bjd, from my experience, is an issue with your flow (too strong, just one direction or too low). Also, your tank is relatively new in two months and too much variety while it is still sorting itself out with stability with your parameters which we still need to know in order to help troubleshoot.

What kind of flow are you running?

It will help if you can share your parameters and type of lighting and flow. Pictures help too.

might just be the position of the torches. But it is all about flow with your setup, since everything seems to be correct and if the specimen is healthy. Always check how thick the fleshband is and check if the torch is in between two flows moving against each other so it moves the polyps back and forth.

2 months and all that coral / anemone you are moving very fast! Tank looks great keep it up. You may experience some swings so stay on top of parameters

Yeah definitely right about that 😅
I realize this is a bit older post but curious if you are still running the maxspect lights and how you like them
Not running them anymore but the lights were amazing. Decided to change to them to the Radion G6 pro as I wanted less of a blue look.
