gmoney, They are labeled as NOT reef safe fish. That being said I have seen them in Reef tanks and also heard of other people keeping them in reef tanks. Some fish that are not reef safe can be well fed, fed well enough that they sometimes lose their appitite for corals. With all this being said i still wouldn't put one in my reef tank. Amazing fish though!

WOW!!!! DROOL!!!
when you have a tank like this... i doubt you worry what an emporator could eat... probably helps keep the coral in check.

I kept an emperor angel in the past great with sps don't let it near lps or softies I actually introduced one in a clients tank to eat his Xenia problem that the previous maintenance guy started for him lol!
