I called them this morning because I never received a shipping confirmation. I was told that they will keep the order open for two weeks, and that I will receive an email if one becomes available. I’ll be able to accept or decline at that time. If I decline, then the charge will be refunded. If I accept, then I will receive a shipping notice when it ships.So they will refund or you will wait till a new batch is arriving?
I don’t mind waiting for something, but the process needs to be transparent. Instead, based on their posted shipping schedule, I would have been waiting at home today for a shipment to arrive that never would have, and I didn’t receive any communication from @LiveAquaria to make me aware that I wouldn’t be receiving what I ordered. I thought that it was odd that I didn’t receive a shipping notification or an email stating that it was unavailable.
This was my first online order for a fish. I was excited to get the beautiful fish today, but I guess I’ll wait to see what happens.
