No confirmation email coming

hi I have a constant message saying I still need to confirm yet I have not received any email yet and hit the resend several times. It is also odd I am signed in Though and can post new thread but. Cant respond to my own thread. Someone please help. I won’t even be able to respond to this once you give advise so you may see me again on new thread if I don’t resolve
