noopsych mini order - no response

Does anyone actually run this or did I fall for a Chinese scam? I saw everyone raving about these lights and bought one. It's been "preparing shipping" and I have not gotten a response on email, Instagram, or Facebook asking what's going on.

Should I just cancel and get a nicrew?

The lights are good. I ran six k7 pros over this tank I liked them so well I moved them to my new build.

Thank you so much. I messaged. Hopefully I get a response. I heard they are great and love supporting small business reefers, but this seems like a silly way to conduct business in 2025, especially if trying to compete with the masses and big box alternatives.

Will remove this post or update it based on how the next steps are handled

Worth the wait. I won a mini in a giveaway last year. Finally hooked up to my modded up Biocube 16. Taken using a kraken glasses orange lens for filter. Has somewhat kludgy but serviceable app. Manual crrols in app are easy to use and highly adjustable.

The great thing about Nicrew is they are distributed through Amazon. Cost is a bit higher but Nicrew Gen 2 lights are newer design and well constructed.

My light took about a month and customer service is awful but it came eventually

Good lights. Service was good with our NA rep, but he had a period of medical leave and is just now back. I expect service will tick up again as Zach catches up with orders. Give him a couple of messages, because I think he's got a lot in his inbox at the moment.

I've heard good things about the new Nicrews as well. I like the Noops particularly for their glass lenses and really nice spectrum, which pumps out PAR well. My orevious AI would melt its lenses.
