I am looking for a way to contact someone working at noopsyche.
I ordered the mini but after 2 weeks no update other than the order confirmation.
They do not respond to e-mails or the contact file on their website

I got a reply a couple hours after this post. So maybe try and tag them here and put your order number as I did.

Id start that now my guy because they don’t respond to PayPal, it’ll automatically close for me in 5 days, you won’t get your refund for about 3 weeks, I’ve been waiting almost a month, and they blame my delay on it being “lost in transit” when only the label is created. Also after 2 weeks I got a response last week from their on site support thing asking if I wanted a refund, 10 days later still no response. To be so well reviewed by everyone here I’m shocked they have practically no support and can take weeks to ship

Btw- Im used to wait for stuff from china, Im in EU. But there is always somr form of communication and updates...

ive seen many complaints about the same thing with this company. having to tag them or complain on this site to get a response is ridiculous. ive heard decent things about those
lights but I would NEVER give this company my money.

Yea, I should buy two popblooms, delivery from germany, covered by aliexpress... Wellp, Ive made the order kinda emotionally, should research more. Refund via paypal is in motion, hopefuly customer protection is great in EU so I think it will be fast.

And taggin the comp helped in past, but seeing that they were last online 15 days ago lol...

Update - I was just refunded via paypal, imho company is not working anymore.

Spend your money somewhere else, Im buying popbloom rl90 which is in stock and will arrive in two days from germany, good enough for my needs..

Looks like ours hit at the same time haha. Don’t know what it’s like in europe but I’m gonna reorder trsc aquatics. Hope those pop blooms do you well

Thanks mate, my money should arrive tommorow, popbloom at friday (ordered one, I have 80cm long tank so one is enough for my needs)

In europe? We only have the mainstream lights like Kessel, AI etc. The smaller brands are usually ordered from china directly or AliExpress (which have lots of the more "no name" black boxes in stock in Germany and/or Poland. Yall having it easy with weird stuff for reefs on amazon etc haha

I have two orders #3813 & #3814. I will start a paypal dispute. No response to any messages through their site. Extremely disappointed but glad to get this going before receiving a product. If i had a warranty issue come up. Wayto ruin a business. @noopsyche

Makes no sense. With all the positive reviews on the lights themselves it seems like this could've been a very successful company. @noopsyche

Better question... Why do they still have Platinum Sponsor tag? Very misleading for anyone shopping for lights.

I believe they pay for that annually, so I would assume when the time is up it won't be renewed.
