I run the florecent light diffusers from home depot on my tank. Light is 14 inches off the rim and the diffuser sits on the rimThis is why I am researching add on diffusers for black boxes.

So do you recommend waiting until they hit stateside? I'm probably a month or more away from needing lighting.Soon you will be able to buy them in the United States
I would wait and that way you can just buy here in the USA. Plus that give you time and see how we set our K7's up on different kinds of tanks.If it were me, I would wait. But, that's just me.
1 controller can program 16 lights.quick question. Do you need a controller for each light? Or would you just use 1 to program multiple lights?
