Sorry if the link in post #4 doesn't work.I looked for that answer here on the forum and didn't find it. So I answered it myself, you really DO NOT want the green Nori as it's roasted and the good stuff is cooked out of it. You want the red or purple. A picture says a thousand words.

Fish will eat the 'roasted' however, cooking seaweed reduces and changes the nutrients. You want to prefer sun dried or air dried seaweed or nori.
