Normal spots?

I am unsure if these spots are normal or not, can someone confirm? They are only on that one side.

Spots? Use a filter or change your lighting to full spectrum so we can actually see the clam in detail. Are you referring to the mantle coloration? Clams are like snowflakes, all are uniquely different.
