For some reason this year, I got roped into having both families at my house. So next Thursday is going to be a circus. Were going to be smoking two turkeys. Haven't decided on which smoking chips we want to get yet.

Edit: we ended up going with hickory smoke chips

The girlfriend and her son will be out of town and my girls will be with their mom out of town so I will just have a small Thanksgiving dinner with my aunt and uncle and then my uncle and I will probably go out to his shooting range and probably get into mischief that will tick my aunt off. LOL
