Not getting PM email notice

So, until the end of May I was receiving the instant email when I received a PM, but I have not received any since 5/28. I checked and rechecked the option in the user CP, and still nothing. Am I missing something?

I think it has to do with the new site upgrade. Rev should be able to fix you right up when he sees this.
