I ordered fish a long time ago but the dealer still hasn't sent them. Tommorow is the last day to challenge the buyer and get my money back thats why theres an emergency. What would you do. I was respectful in the start. I worked hard for the money. Lmk. The seller is exotic marine life. Let me know if you have had this problem.

If you used a credit card you have 120 days to file a chargeback. If you used a debit card, contact your bank immediately.

Just curious, what type of exotic fish? I know some places you essentially order it then someone goes swimming to find one. But they state this upfront. Shop the trusted sites.

"With a 7 day guarantee"

Then goes on to state in the policy,
"We are not responsible for any deaths that may occur during the acclimation process, aggression within tank mates or if water quality is poor..."

Pretty vague policy IMO

File a dispute as others suggested ASAP. They are fully aware as to what they are doing and are " Playing you" and placing you at risk of making Any claims

The company name is exotic marine life. It's not exotic. I got 3 "premium butterflys" 4 lyrtail anthias. 1 goby 3 cleaner shrimp 2 skunk cleaners 1 emerald. Part of that is because my last order partly died due to a new tank and shipping stress. 281 including shipping.

Thier website has 0 contact information no phone#, address, not even an email address to contact them. I definitely would not order from them. Any business who hides behind a website like this is sure to be shady.
