How long have you had this fish? Was it QTd?They big white patches, when looking straight down they look spikey. Thought flukes possible but fresh water dip did nothing...
She did eat some food too...
It looks like ich possibly.

Been about a week, since i got her. Shes in a qt tank with the wrasse. Really ich can have that big of spots they are huge to me. I think I'm gunna start the copper.

I would have suspected flukes as well. If you look at the black part of the fish. The spots are much smaller. The larger ones could still be from ich, a secondary infection from the entrance wound.
Copper sounds like a great idea to me. You may want to make sure you have Kanaplex and Furan-2 on hand as well in case those areas worsen.
