Hate them things lol! I had a little piece that should have died when it was on a rock out of water for 7 hours! Nope it’s about foot and half long now and growing around everything! Luckily it doesn’t harm my sticks they back it off and it melts on the edges lol.

Depends on the species, but these are in about 150 par and high flow.
