Hello 2018!

Did my first test on the tank today :(
Alk 4.9

I stopped there....I just really need to do a water change and keep up with it.
I have not done one in 2 months....at least;Woot

Is everything doing well anyway? Updated tank pic?

Everything is doing well. I have noticed a few Aiptasia growing and some GHA in here.
The few sps I do have is doing fine. I only wanted to try and keep digitatas and birdsnest because I knew I would probably be a little lazy on maintenance on this tank.
This is just mainly a zoa tank.

Did my first major WC this morning. Everything is doing great so far. I was going to do a 100% WC and then remembered that this tank is 2.3 or 2.6 gallons and I had only brought 2 gallons. Needless to say I took out just too much and will need to add another 1/4 gallon today at lunch when I go home and get more water. ;Clown
Sorry for the blurry orange photos. I forgot to take my orange filter off the phone from last night's photo shoot of my 85 Gallon Triton Tank

I did not have an extra empty milk jug so I used 2 of my plant vase's while the plants sit wrapped in a wet paper towel  #priorities

Quick update:
The 2 red digitata's have been basically bleached out for a while now. Ive tried to get them to color back up but no luck. I may just put them in my 85 gallon Triton build and see if they color back up.
Other than that the tank is slow growing. Everything is doing well.

Well some sad news...kinda.

Today is the last day this little 2 gallon tank will sit beside me in my office as I am being transferred to another location. The other office is much stricter and I will not be able to keep the tank at work. The tank is 27 days shy of 1 year old....but dont fear it will stay at my house in tact. (maybe)

Ah...so sad. But hopefully the transfer is a good thing for you personally/professionally.

I think it will be a move up....even though Im not getting a raise.
Only bad thing is toll roads and traffic is absolutely horrible both ways.
