IMO I wouldn't frag that frogspawn until it at least doubles in size.

Yeah I'm not fragging the 2 heads that you see in the pic I was asking about the babies it has all around its skirt...
You could give one a shot, but I would let them grow.

lol,...Clowns will take residence in almost any tentacle coral they can get, if a anemone is not in the tank.
We have and love the associations with Clowns !
