Thanks to all. The interview went extremely well on Friday. The manager took me on a plant tour at the beginning which put me very much at ease early on before we got to his office in a more formal setting. I then met with three ladies who will hopefully be my co-workers and that was very casual as well. Very nice people and I think that I impressed them with my experience and really wow'ed them with some of the things I have done in the past that they need taken care of. I can think of no negatives during the interview and every other one I've had there has been something come up that I am not qualified for. I will follow up here hopefully early this week when I hear back from them if I got the job or not. Keep the prayers coming!
Congrats man hope you get it...1smile1 I have never asked myself on here but have at church and with family and friends... I could use a little prayer myself on finding a job here real soon.... I have applied at over 100 places and only had 2 interviews... My last one I really hope I get and should find out soon either way if I got it or not... fingers are crossed man...
Thanks guys.... My thoughts exactly^^^^^^... not sure why it happened but every thing happens for a reason...;) I just need the day to already come that's my new adventure... I got 3 kids and a wife to feed and it's tough on unemployment...arrrr... Xmas is just bad this year I don't mind it because me and the wife don't bother exchanging gifts and just spoil the kids... This year I had to get help from toys for tots to get my kids something...:( man I know it's coming soon just need it now lol.... I have no patience :hammer: thanks again and god bless..;)
I will be praying for you and your family, Troylee, for God to meet your needs and for a new and well paying job! Glad to hear Steamer, will continue to pray.
Troylee - I've been praying for you since I first heard about your unemployment from one of your other posts on R2R. I spent the last four years at a lower paying job from my previous one due to not being able to find anything at the level I was before. That four years gave me experience with the intensive documentation required by USDA which is one of the things that "wow'ed" them at my interview since they need similar documentation in their industry. I believe that God gave me the lower paying job to prepare me for this one which I hope is the one He wants me in. If you are offered a position anywhere, ask God if that is where He wants you to go. It has to be what He wants for you for His reasons that are unknown to us. He knows that you want a position equal to or better than where you were before but that may not be His plan for you that you need to follow.
Thanks again to all who have prayed for me here, I really appreciate it. Continue to pray for all who ask on this thread, especially Troylee. It took me two years before I finally got the lower paying job I mentioned above and I understand how much of a strain that puts on a person and their family. Pray that his personal pain will be healed.
