I’m attaching 2 videos of my hammer coral I have had for a week. One side looks good and fluffy while the other side is showing skeleton. I’m wondering about your opinion on my flow? I thought this coral was starting to split when I picked it up, but also I’m pretty new. Any advIce is appreciated!

Flow might be a little much. Hard to say for sure since it's not being visibly torn limb from limb, but long term too much flow will cause issues. A week isn't enough time to say for sure. But it looks nice and puffy so that's good. My hammers get quite a bit of flow but it changes direction very often in random directions. I think they are more likely to have issues with prolonged excessive flow from one direction.
