Orange spot rabbitfish biting me

I've this little guy about 3 months and has been a model citizen until today. He was biting me in the arm when I was playing around with the tank. He's about 3 1/2" so the bites didn't hurt but left me on edge. It looks like a beak on his mouth so when he gets bigger should I be worried? Anyone else have one of these cute guys

I’d be more worried about it’s fins as they have venomous glands. He’s probably biting out of self defense so be careful.
