My CBB today. She is doing great. I will cut down her feeding to only once a day so she have to hunt. Hopefully this will encourage her to try the aiptasia. Lymphocystis spots have essentially resolved, 2 weeks in my QT. Only a tiny spot on the L pectoralis fin. It they were on dorsal, caudal and both pectoralis fins when I first got her.

I found this particularly colorful Dragon Breath. It is a lot brighter than the dragon Breath I had in the past. I had it for 2 weeks at this time. Growing and does not disappoint on the coloration.

After 2 weeks in my DT, the Lymphocystis is essentially gone from my CBB. One tiny spot on the L pectoralis fin. I fully expect for it to resolved in a few days. Certainly by 3 weeks. Now, If anyone asked, I can confidently say the Lymphocystis should resolve in 2-4 weeks if we take good care of our fish and it them in healthy situation.

I cannot be really sure. It seems to me the numbers of aiptasia is less and she was full at the end of the day.

I got my CBB pair.
About 1 month ago I got my female CBB, as per the last few posts. on Friday 4/12/2024 I got a male CBB from Austin Aqua-Dome. He was a larger fish by .75 inch, think but disease free as far as I can see. He was also eating at the store. Tere was a smaller male, the same size as my female, but he just came in on Thursday, and did not look well. There were wounds and missing scales. I did not try to isolated him from my female CBB because by the time we got home, he have been in the bag for 30 hrs and it was 3 AM on Saturday 4/13/2024. I was going to get up really early, as soon as the light turn on to check on him. If there is a need. I will set op a isolation chamber for one of the two CBB. I just did not have any energy after the long drive, and he was stressed, I did not want him to stress any more.
There were no need to isolate the CBB from each other. Only minor quarrel, the male occasionally run at the female, for less than a second and stop. No real chasing. I tried pairing them unsuccessful in the past. the fish were like non stop, rather than the very mild aggression I see with these two.
By Sunday after noon, the female follows the male like a puppy dog already. The male ate a handful of mysis the evening. He is hunting and pecking at the rock all day today.
Here are a few picture of my two CBB.
Last picture is slightly blue light and the light dimmed for the night.

Your pair looks great. Many years ago, I had a friend who had a pair as the only fish in a home made 180 gallon tank. They were easily over eight inches and were twelve years old when my friend passed away.

I would love to see that pair. You don’t happen to have any picture of them do you?
