Panther Grouper - pink spot under mouth

LiveAquaria sent me the wrong fish using their WYSIWYG. This Panther Grouper has a pink circle under its mouth, any ideas what this is?

It looks like it could possibly be a scrape or small injury. I see it in the liveaquaria picture. Does this mean you ordered a different one and this is what they sent you? If so I would contact them. They have been good with me in the past.
Our panther is named Queenie. That is where my wife came up with the idea for her R2R name @Ocean_Queenie.

I would watch it to see if it gets better or worse.

I ordered a 3 1/2 from Wisconsin, They sent me a 6" from California. Have you noticed a difference in their two facilities. Do you buy from them normally or WYSIWYG? Do you have a picture of your Panther Grouper?
