Planted Refugium or secondary tank before Refugium?

any have or have a link/pic of an epic planted refugium? Im thinking about running basicly a 2nd aquarium but with seagrass, other macros and mangroves with a pendant light overhead. Depth in the 8-9inch range. basicly just a sandy lagoon style secondary tank.

Tank overflows to 2nd display refugium next to it, which then refugium overflows into real sump below.

Any pics links? i looked a while and couldnt find any epic ones.

Yeah like that but shallow and long. Only 8-9" tall so that the water flows across the tank. Just tall enough for sea grass and some other macros to grow. Maybe an acan garden in it. I know I've seen a pic here or on RC but I can't find it for the life of me. Google doesn't help much either as I'm not really looking for something very specific. A 2nd tank that's a shallow garden before the sump.
