Plate coral problem ?

I just noticed the other side of my plate coral that I never see is looking kind of deformed is it okay? And idea why it’s like this ?

Nope nothing like that

no it is completely isolated on the sand bed

Not like perfectly round but it looks more sunken in

That looks like a gorilla crab got it. Mine looked exactly like that. It did recover 100%

Kill the "Gorilla"!

Or move it to a different location. Mine always look like this when something (crab, worm, another coral) is reaching out and interfering with the plate. It could be too much water circulation, but something is bothering the plate if it is acting like that. They do recover if the irritation is removed, but they can also get worse if the irritation is not resolved.
