Plate coral problem ?

I just noticed the other side of my plate coral that I never see is looking kind of deformed is it okay? And idea why it’s like this ?

Gorilla crab ? What would you recommend I do ?

Kill the "Gorilla"!

Or move it to a different location. Mine always look like this when something (crab, worm, another coral) is reaching out and interfering with the plate. It could be too much water circulation, but something is bothering the plate if it is acting like that. They do recover if the irritation is removed, but they can also get worse if the irritation is not resolved.

Ok thank you I believe it may be too much water movement
