Please don’t be The Big D!

Can someone help me distinguish what this is? I'm praying this isn't the Big D?!?!

Tank is a Waterbox 70.2 (55g total water volume). Live rock and sand has stayed with me as I slowly upgraded tanks over the past 8+ years. I do not have a microscope yet to properly identify, but on the sand bed I have a few different spots of these finger looking reddish algae. They are out during the day and at night as when I took the photos. Today I pulled out one by hand and in the sand bed attached to one was almost a bristleworm looking thing.

Salinity: 1.024
Temp: 80.1 °F (Recently slowly bumped this up from 77)

Equipment:
-Ulva Macroalgae (PaxBellum)
-Skimmer (Nyos Quantum)
-Filter Roller (Klir)
-Auto Water Change (1.25g per day)

EDIT: ignore what I initially wrote. Its probably spaghetti worms


Anyways I would up your nitrate. Low nitrate + slightly elevated phosphate is not good for corals.

I AM SO RELIEVED!!!! This is exactly what it is. I thought it was just a coincidence that there was a worm attached to the one I pulled out.
