These few spots came up much smaller about 5 days ago and have rapidly grown. I put prazipro in the tank 3 days ago. He is acting otherwise normally and I do not see this on any other fish in the tank. I have a 75 gallon tank, no ammonia, temp is at 80F, salinity about 1.019, pH 8.2, my nitrates have been high and have added an additional pump and filter media along with marine buffer. Ideas? Suggestions?

I do not have a QT tank....but obviously need to change that. This was a fresh water tank for years and just this summer I switched to salt. I will check out your link. Thank you for your help!
