Please help id this/these. Worms?

Well, I believe it is a syllid worm, but it would be next to impossible to tell which species. They are typically not great to have, as many are predatory, but it's often after things you wouldn't "miss", like other worms. There are some that cause issues for corals etc. The video helped a lot.

That's an SPS, isn't it? I don't believe they go after SPS. What color is the porites?
