My Toadstool seems to contort a lot. It always seems to be dancing or in a weird position the last week's. I've only had it for about a month. Water parameters have been unchanged. Is this a natural thing when it's shedding ?

Looks like you have a lot of ditritus and hair algae, how old is the tank? What are your parameters? It’s possible is trying to compete with the hair algae that’s covering it. What kind of lights do you have?

Nicrew 100w. Tank is 3 months old. I was actually just recommended by an experienced friend to move it into a higher flow area. After 15 minutes there it already seems happier.

Yes higher flow is better. How did you cycle your tank? What are your parameters?
Cycled my tank normally.. taking normal readings eventually added fish. I'll have to get back to you on the parameters, my partner takes care of that but he said everything was good. Pretty sure it was the low flow area it was in. We increased our cleanup crew last week as well to deal with the hair algae.

We live in northern Canada and unfortunately the nearest fish store is about 3 to 4 hours away. The nearest fish store that deals with salt water aquariums is 6 to 7 hours away. So any supplies or anything like that typically take about a week to come.
