Please help! What is wrong with my tank?

Should I take out the hammer before it starts decomposing in my tank?

but once i do check and the phosphates are high, what do i do? like after checking phosphates.

I have had corals that have looked complete gone, and have come back to become some great corals in my tank.

As far as when you have a complete list of parameters, phosphates can be control use GFO in a reactor or in the sump. You can also use a products with lanthanum chloride link to bring down your phosphates and then you can control them with GFO

Well after receiving my hanna checker for phosphates today, it gave a reading of 0.00 both times I tested. So therefore, what do I do? Tank is cloudy still and I am pretty baffled about what to do.

Just waited and did it again, Got a reading of 0.08.
