While I can’t identify the species, you have flat worms.

Yes, flatworm exit is necessary if you wish to eradicate. When treating, use full strength recommendation and follow up first treatment with a second treatment in 2 weeks. The reason I emphasis full strength & a second treatment is because of a possibility of pest developing a tolerance to chemical treatment.

For a small tank, I'd try a blue velvet nudi.

They love flat worms and most of the time when they are done eating them, they can easily be moved.

Thanks for the answer, i don't really wish to eradicate unless is a dangerous species that eats and kill corals. I have seen there are few Acoel flatworm that aren't really considered a nuisance more than others worms we have in the tank and they are easily auto controlled (i come out from a month of no water change due to ostropsis) while i normally do a daily 1.5% AWC. I am not sure if population "exploded" due to that.

i am in france, quite hard to come across nudi's. Even berghia's are hard to find and commonly seen a 50Euro + a piece.

Depends on how dense the population as to if it’s a visual nuisance or a serious problem.
