Just bought a polyp and noticed tentacles sticking out from a small crevice that quickly retracted. Thought it was a brittle star until I zoomed in. Anenome? Is it safe to put in tank?

Also saw what I think is a tiny limpet? Safe?

They are waiting for your approval while acclimating.

Yeah it's definitely an aiptasia, they gain rings of white pigment it higher light. I would carefully and swiftly eliminate it.
Thanks, I decided it was not worth it. I used the F-Aip which looked like it killed it (yeah right) then pried the Fram off the disc and also noticed a small blood worm. So I just dropped the tiny limpet in the tank. I'm sure it will be eaten quickly though. The polyps were only for my urchin to snack on anyway. He doesn't eat the algae wafers or seaweed salad. Cleaned the glass/ rock and mowed down a colony of polyps which is why I got them. Thanks though.

That's the best use for zoanthids I've heard of lol. What species of urchin are you feeding?

Well they’re just clove polyps (not zoas) so inexpensive food. He’s a Tuxedo.
That's fascinating. I've heard of people using tuxes to eliminate the invasive blue cloves, so I guess it checks out that they'd eat other cloves too.
