This came with my scleronephthya.
Looks like a wool ball of yarn , has a big & small mouth. The mouths can close slowly and open as they please.

Actually with this setup you will probably be able to keep it alive.
 
Yea, it's mouth opens up to the size of US dime
From what I've read the problem is that they are nps, so most people don't keep them alive long term. You however have a good chance.
