Plumbing Help

So I bought a ThreadXThread bulkhead (link below) I wanted the thread on the outside for locline and now I'm stuck (I'm not a handy guy) I need to figure out how to connect the 3/4 thread to the bulkhead, what are my options? I'm new to this whole thing, I'm plumbing a 25-gallon cube to a sump and this is for my return.

The outside threads on a bulkhead are only for the nut to install it. I have never found anything else that will fit correctly..
I used these to install lockline screwed inside the bulkhead

Just want to make sure we're clear....you purchased a bulkhead with 1/2 inch NPT threads. And you now wish to attach locline that has a 3/4 NPT thread. If that is the case, you need a 1/2 x 3/4 Male x Female adapter.

Sorry if I wasn't clear, my locline side is fine, I need the outside plumbing help, I bought 3/4 pipe to pipe it to my sump, this is the part I need help with plumbing, how do I attach this part to the 3/4 inch pipe, its not a slip, its threaded

So I bought blue SCH 40 pipe, I can just see if I can get this threaded and it will be okay? Would it be better to buy a different bulk head and slip? Which has a lower chance of leakage?

Assuming you want to go down, I'd use a Street elbow, 1/2 MNPT x 3/4 slip. Might be hard to find....try plumbing supply houses.

I'm sorry....I thought you were going from 1/2 bulkhead to 3/4 pipe.....

So this is simple....and yes, that inside threaded portion is for 3/4 NPT pipe. So now I'd simply get a 3/4 MNPT x 3/4 slip Street Elbow. Good chance Lowes and HP has this fitting.

One more thing....on any PVC threaded portion, you'll want to use pipe sealant. I know Lowe's cares Oatey "Great White" compound for about $5. HD cares "Real Tuff", but I don't believe they have small bottles, so it's maybe $12 or so for this big bottle. Either one will work just fine.

Is it better to use the compound instead of the tape?

Always compound....never Teflon tape. Teflon tape is for metal threaded pipe, but never PVC. It could cause the PVC to split because of the additional thickness it adds to the threads. And yes, many folks still continue to use it.

The only time you use a "cement" is when connecting pipe to slip fittings....and this is a permanent connection. If you are connecting a threaded connection, you will want to use thread compound (sometimes referred to as pipe dope) made for PVC pipe. This is not a glue and remains paste like, allowing you to undo the threaded connection.

The common brands here in the States are:

Oatey

Rectorseal

There are other brands available.....I believe Loctite also has a thread compound....but these two above are readily available at hardware stores. In addition, some stores carry a smaller tube size....and if you're only doing a couple threads, that's more than enough.
