I am in the process of drawing up the lay out for my 40 breeder with a trigger 18 cube sump

My question is in regards to building a manifold, I plan on running a UV light and then having 2 or 3 valves for future equipment like reactors and such

Will 1/2" valves be ok if I am using 3/4" pvc? Or should i just go right to 3/4" valves? With limited space in the stand I want to try to make it as clean as possible

Keep everything 3/4 and you can reduce as necessary for equipment unless know all your equipment is 1/2 or smaller
