Plumbing my first tank. So I’m buying my friends SCA 150 only 6 months old… when he broke it down he cut the plumbing right below the bulkheads. What do I connect to that part where he cut to start my run? A coupling ?

I would start with unions. A coupling is doable but if you ever need to remove a section, unions are your best friend.

Did he leave enough material to attach a new fitting?

I haven’t seen it yet. He said should be able to… worst case if he didn’t what would I do ?
