Thanks alot, but they are growing on everywere of aqua, which condition they need for grow ,maybe i can change that.
Looks like sponges to me. I wouldn't worry about them they are harmless.

Sponges seem to pop up with greater enthusiasm in newer systems, newer systems tend to have increased levels of silicates, sponges like silicates. Once the tank evolves/ages the occurrence of sponges will decline. As stated above they are harmless, no intervention needed, they will die back to some degree over time, rarely does a sponge become invasive.
