Guys
I’ve got 2 popblooms set on sps dominant so 100%
I’ve had them 6 months , could they be much less par now than when I installed them?
At the time they was like 450 par at the surface and 150 on the sand

I don’t have the par meter to check k but surely they’ve not lost a ton of par?

I’m asking cos I’m losing lps that are on the sand

The first thing I'll ask is what are your water parameters and what test kit are you using to get them. In my experience most lps are pretty forgiving when it comes to PAR levels. Are the SPS doing ok? I would think that if the lights lost that much output, that the SPS would give you some signals before the LPS.

1.025 - refractometer
Temp 26
Ph - don’t know as my handheld tells me 7.9 but I think it’s faulty
No3 8
Po4 .04
Calcium 440
Mag 1300
Kh 9.3
Orp 350

I lost a few sps frags bug that was due to my lack of pump cleaning and flow was minimal so a few are recovering but most are thriving

Those numbers look good to me. Maybe someone with more experience with those lights can chime in. Without a par meter it's hard to say what they are putting out. Maybe in the meantime you can raise the corals on the rockwork until you get a hold of a par meter.

Don’t have any room to move corals around
Sps are doing well so I don’t think it’s par
