I’ve notice the growing number of holes in the base of my torch coral. So far it seems happy. It just finish splitting from 1 to 2 heads. This morning I saw a red worm between the skeleton and the base tissue. Anybody have this and what is the best course of action?

The red stuff on the frag plug is unrelated and turned red after a peroxide dip.

You can clearly see the worm in one picture and not the other. The pictures were taken 5 minutes apart.

The worm is probably just a bristle worm. I wouldn't worry unless you see the coral begin acting strange/retracting.
