Looking for disease ID and links to treatment options. Thanks!

Bought this sixline just a few weeks ago. Fat and eating great. Until yesterday I realized he was not out for feeding, together with my Orchid Dottyback. Found him dead this afternoon. I think I have seen him scratch himself on the rock, but I am not 100% on that. Those white things in the gills is sand. The pistol shrimp was trying to drag him into his cave...

The week before my Dispar Anthias also had issues. While I was trying to catch my Tomini Tang, he was in the rock that I took out of the tank and fell out of the rock. His tail fin was somewhat shredded. It healed mostly and then it looked shredded again, not sure if it was aggression, but at the end of the week it came out for food but seemed to not be able to eat anything. He was dead Saturday morning, it seemed like his tail fin was infected (snails were coming for him before he was dead).

My Orchid Dottyback also did not feed last night, seems to have a rough spot on his scales near his tail fin. He's been hiding a lot. Worried he is not going to make it.

Leopard wrasse is doing a lot of scratching on the rock, something seems to be bothering him. He was still eating well yesterday.

I introduced some new fish together with the sixline a few weeks ago (No QT procedure) and for about two days (after a week), all three new fish had some white dots, but then they disappeared and did not come back.

I'm happy to give more tank info if its needed.

Sorry for your losses.
Nothing stands out except the fins and tail deterioration. The gills look a bit pale too, but hard to tell in photo. The only real way to tell (and even that is not really conclusive often) is to do a full necropsy on the guy.

No Qt means things are introduced and we may never know true cause. Could be bacterial, viral, parasitic, all enhanced by stress. I would suggest to set up a qt and run a full qt on all fish. I would also suggest going fallow (no fish) for 76 days to get whatever may be in system out. I am on a fallow period due to contamination after tank move. Really sucks, but better than killing more fish. :(

Thanks for your response! I just really want to get more direction on what to treat for if I put the fish in a QT tank...

I’m thinking it mostly resembles flukes (but maybe Ich). So maybe hyposalinity would be the way to go?

When I came back from work, my Dottyback was dead. I had seen a rough spot near his tail fin a while back, but nowhere near this extreme (not sure if the CUC got to him for a while).

Since I'm thinking Flukes, I did a postmortem FW dip (not sure if that works) and attached the pics.

I'm hoping these pictures may shed some more light on my issue. I picked up a few different Meds (including PraziPro), but I'm not sure what the course of action should be.
