Possible sick tomini tang?

Recently got a beautiful tomini tang about 2 weeks ago from my LFS. He was doing great up until today. I woke up this morning, and did a minimal feeding to hold them over until I got out of work. I came home and he was on his side on the bottom of the sand bed, I instantly put him in my hospital tank, ran to get dinner and he was gone. I did notice a weird whitish mark on his dorsal fin before purchase, but I’m pretty close with my LFS owner, and he unfortunately isn’t open today, so I’ll be seeing him tomorrow to see if his others had any issues. I figured I’d see if anyone could crack what may have happened.

Salinity: 34ppt
Nitrate: 20ppm
Calcium: 460
Ammonia: 0ppm
Alk: 12dkh
Mag: 1250ppm
PH: 8.0

Postpartum is almost impossible to figure out the true issue.

Its impossible to assess a fish out of water. Please place in tank and post a video utilizing bright white light intensity for at least 20 seconds. I see a rash that looks to be bacterial but need fish in water to confirm

I unfortunately don’t have any video. The best I have are quick pics I snapped before sending them to my LFS due to a time crunch. He was housed with 2 ocellaris clowns, an orchid dottyback and a mandarin from biota. Running 2 AI Nero’s on random flow, and return head aimed for surface agitation. He would swim around for 2-5 seconds then end up laying on the sand bed again for an extended period of time.

I see what looks to be bacterial and may have stemmed from an injury. Add an airstone and I suggest treatment in a separate tank or container using Seachem Neoplex
