I have a powder blue in qt at the moment. Currently running the fish through copper power at therapeutic levels 2.3-2.5 ppm. I noticed these spots yesterday and was wondering if anyone can tell me what they are and how to treat. Tried to take the best pics I could. Thanks in advance!

Those look like various scrapes and nicks. Are there any other fish in with it? Any sharp edged tank decorations?

No other tank mates at the moment. Was in a tank with some other ones at the store but the only thing in the tank is the heater and some pvc fittings for hiding if needed.

Should I do anything to help heal the wounds?
If the lesions seem to be growing larger or becoming more inflamed, there could be a secondary bacterial infection going on. For that you would want to dose a broad spectrum, gram negative antibiotic. In this case I would consider kanamycin. Just don’t use neomycin with copper.
