Blow with a turkey baster. It it flies off- cyano bacteria
If rigid and does not blow off, may be coralline
The fact you just cleaned it suggests cyano

How long after you put it back in? Hours? Days?

Agree that it looks like cyano, but that stuff usually can't cling to a high-flow area.

Ye doesn’t blow off turned back to a green colour except one bit, so thinking corolline that change when it hit air out of tank

Coralline can turn to a vibrant color when dying but ime its normally bright orange. If I were a betting man I would say some species probably turn red when exposed to air/dying.
