Powerhead Placement in Red Sea 170?

Hi guys,

looking for some assistance from someone who might have experience with optimal flow positions in a reefer 170.

i have a TMC reef flow 2.0 4000 and a Jebao of unknown description up to 8500l/h

I have them currently on opposite walls, both racing up to the surface. I’m really struggling with flow and (among other things) is contributing to dead spots and cyano on rocks

Just want to focus on optimising flow for now any help appreciated!

I do not know if it helps, but I have a Red Sea nano reefer. I have two mp10’s on the back wall of the tank.

It does help! Are they facing the front glass panel?
